Returns are accepted no later than 30 days from the date of shipment. All product must be unused, in the original wrapping and in the same condition as when it left our factory. We deduct 20% from the original order and shipping is non-refundable.

All items must be sent via delivery confirmation. This is for your protection as well as ours. We know you shipped it, you know when we received it. If the product is sent via regular mail, we cannot issue a refund. You will need to make sure we have the delivery confirmation number when you return it by sending an email to info@lucosport.com
