Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund. (excluding all shipping fees and a 20% re-stocking fee). Returned merchandise should include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

The above policy does not apply to Limited Edition products, Clearance products or any other item that is specifically marked as a "No Refund" product.
