What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Luco Sport. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by Luco Sport.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Luco Sport receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at customer@lucosport.com to ensure that your order is being processed.

Do I need to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number?
We may need to contact you with a question regarding your order. Should we need to contact you, we will need a phone number where you can be reached and a valid e-mail address.

Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered; or it is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at customer@lucosport.com and include your name and order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
All online credit card purchases are conducted through our secured server, preventing third party intervention. Luco Sport accepts American Express, MasterCard, and VISA.

When will my credit card be charged?
Luco Sport will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to Luco Sport. If you don't want to use your credit card on-line, feel free to fax us your credit card number and order. The fax number is 800-771-0524.

What was the total charged to my credit card?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise, as well as the shipping charge that is applicable. In addition to these costs, you will be charged sales tax if you are a resident of California. Following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail from Luco Sport.

Will I have to pay sales tax on Internet orders?
Only California residents must pay sales tax.

Do you accept other forms of payment besides credit cards?
Luco Sport also accepts money orders, as well as cashier's checks. When submitting a money order or cashier's check, please allow 5-10 working days for the check to clear the financial institution before your order will be processed.
